Property Inspection
We offer a thorough and visual inspection of the grounds and all components of the property to ensure a safe, structurally sound and functional home. Both commercial & residential.
Radon Detection
Client safety is our top priority and through a calibrated monitor we are able detect any level of radon gas that may enter the home. Radon is a clear and odorless gas that is known to cause lung cancer.
Sewer Scoping
A visual inspection of the inside of the sewer line to detect any damage within the line from the home to the city sewer. This process involves inserting a camera into the sewer opening in your home traveling all the way to the city sewer line.
*DHI Detroit provides sewer scoping as part of our inspection services; however, we do not perform sewer repair work.
Termite Inspection
Non-invasive visual inspection of the readily accessible areas of the home potentially affected by wood-destroying organisms (WDO).
Septic Tank + Well Inspections
